Dry rubbed, smoked over Alder wood and served to order.

14 oz Ribeye
Aged USDA Prime beef, seasoned to perfection and finished to order on our 600 degree chargrill.

8 oz Filet
USDA Prime, bacon wrapped, seasoned to perfection and then finished it to order on the chargrill.

Smoked Chicken Breast
Select boneless chicken breast smoked over Alder wood.

All of our boneless entrees are slow cooked over Alderwood on our custom smoker for and incredible and unique flavor.

All of our entrees are served with mixed greens salad served on chilled plates, our special green beans or baked beans, baked potato or potato salad, and dinner roll.
